You can ditch the i5-4670K and get an i5-4570. They feature the same iGPU (HD 4600) and you save a few bucks. The motherboard you've selected has a feature called 'Enhanced SpeedStep', which is a neat feature for non-overclockers. Makes all your cores go to the highest speedstep level, instead of only 2 cores.
You could go down in price and size, but not necessarily quality though.
The HAF 912 is a pretty good case - I use one in a build and it's very cool and quiet - but you can get much nicer cases for the same amount of money in my opinion.
Fractal Design Define R4 Black Window: $80 (down from $130, this is a
great deal - and $20 cheaper than the HAF 912)
With the money you've saved, get:
Rosewill Aiolos: $30 or
Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo: $30 (both $10 on sale)
Corsair AF140 White LED: $17
Put the AF140 fan in the rear mount, take the one you replaced and place it in the front. Then you have 1x 140 rear and 2x140 front, giving you great airflow. Then you turn
all your fans down, and I guarantee you the system will be cool, windowed + slightly lit up while being very quiet and good looking.
