Need help with build

Hello guys, I'm currently building my first pc around gpu radeon r7 370 2g, which I bought for my old pc, which furtherly had its motherboard burnt i think. So I took my old hdd, 4gb ram ddr3, and odd from pc and currently I want to order these parts:

Will this work together correctly? Would You change something? I'm low on budget, have round 250$ and thats exactly how much this set would cost me. I'm not a gamer, but I'd like to play modded Skyrim at atleast 30 fps and things like that, no need for ultra Farcry Primal or Witcher 3. All help appreciated!

mobo: personally would get something with 970A instead.
i don't know the quality of zalman psu.
personally would get XFX 550W

@Cisco001 Thank You, Considering Your ideas I'll go with XFX PSU. I have a qestion though about this 970A, my knowledge about mobos is around 0, so I want to know why You would get something with this instead. Again thanks for help!

AMD970 chipset is much better than 760. It's quite surprising that very old AMD760 is still sold. Also AMD970 motherboards are much better quality. Also SB950 (that is south bridge that comes with 970) support SATA 6Gb/s, while SB710 does not.

Yeah that'll be fine. Normally I'd suggest you don't buy that CPU if you're doing serious gaming due to its performance and the fact it's being replaced in like under 6 months, but you say you're not and you're on a budget so it should be fine.

I'd get a Corsair CX430M PSU instead of the Zalman though.

Maybe spec an i3 system out too and see how expensive that is?

Yup, this will do but as long as your not looking for playing heavy games.

Thank You all Guys, I ordered the set few days ago with Your help and tomorrow I'll be building a pc from it. I will let You know if everythings fine and dandy probably friday if I haven't missed any part.

Thanks again Fellas. Everything works perfectly, just now I'd been able to establish proper internet connection, but pc is 10/10, even Witcher 3 runs moderately well on ultra, so thank You all for help !
