Must be intel, i5 or i7
also i want a nice looking case with flickery lights n stuff :D
16gb ram
windows 7
graphics card preferably gtx 770 or something like that
Want to run battlefield 4 70+fps
Thanks in advance :)

Well Here You Go. The total without saving is $2062 USD/ $1531.72 EUROS

Note: You can go with whatever case you'd like ( I choose that one because it was pretty IMO) and you can choose whatever GPU you want to. The 780Ti just fits into your budget but if you wanna save your money and still get similar performance go with the 770, 780, 290x, or the 290. However Nvida does have better drivers so yea.

CPU: i5-3570k Quad Core

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO So you can Overclock :)

Motherboard: ASRock-Intel-Z77

RAM: G-SKILL 16 Gigs (8x2)

Cases:
Green: Bitfenix Colossus Green & Black

Red: Bitfenix Colossus Red & Black

Blue: Bitfenix Colossus Blue & Black

SSD: Crucial 240 Gigabytes 2.5

HDD: WD Blue 1TB @7200RPM

PSU: Corsair 750W

GPU: 780Ti (Its Beautiful) REMEMBER: You can get similar performance with a 290 or 290x for less

OS: Windows 7 64bit Professional as you requested

Optical Drive: LG Optical Drive (The cheapest thing on here lol)

Extras!!!:
You can add some extra case fans at the rear and bottom, i believe it's either 120 or 140 fan slots. I was going to recommend corsair's new af series LED's but they're out of stock on amazon, although they may be available somewhere else or you could just find a different case fan.

Why are you recommending old parts? It's not a bad build, but don't recommend Z77. A Colossus is a full tower which is useless without eATX, and it's very heavy.
I will setup a build in a sec OP.

Go with an i5 4670K and a Z87 motherboard instead of the 3570K and Z77.

3570K and Z77 is yesterday's hardware.

Yea im a noob when it comes to CPU's and Mobo's but i was trying to leave of a little money for the GPU. -200th Post :)

He wanted lights so i gave it to him.

Should've saved some money on the case by getting something like a Corsair 200R or 300R before saving money on the CPU and board. The Phantom 410 has lights and is a cheaper case.

The Crucial M4 is a decent SSD. It was the first SSD I owned. I bought one over 2 years ago now. :) I'd recommend the Samsung 840 drives now.

Otherwise it doesn't look bad, but I wouldn't get an ASRock Z87 board as first choice. I'd get something like a Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD4H or GA-Z87X-OC as my first choice instead.

By buying some LED fans and some of those LED strips you can put lights in any case anyway. ;)

Which country are you from?
Any online retail in your country?

If you're in Ireland then Novatech will ship to Ireland. They are based in Portsmouth which is on the south coast of the UK. Where are all the warships are. ;)

They are quite quick with delivery but delivery up to 31.5KG to Ireland is £16 so take that into consideration if you buy parts from them: http://www.novatech.co.uk/deliveryeurope.html

They get my recommendation. I buy from them all the time. Good delivery and customer service.

I don't know of any Irish online retailers. If the OP knows one than that may be better than shipping it from the UK.

I'll let Speed configure a build for you and I'll critique it.

Well here we go the total without savings is $2091 USD/ $1553.95 Euros, but with saving is $1898 USD/ $1410.52 Euros. I also didn't check that Novatech website so it might contain great deals.

Note:The GPU is completely up to you if you wanna save some money and get close to similar performance you can get the 770, 780, R9 290, or R9 290X. Be mindful that AMD is coming out with mantle for several games one of which being is BF4 which you stated you wanted to play, and might be a game changer. Also, the 290 and 290x sound like jet engines so you might want to wait until Gigabyte hopeful comes out with a windforce edition or MSI with a Twin frozr edition. But Nvida has better drivers IMO.

CPU: i5-4670k Quad Core Processor

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO So you can Overclock :)

Motherboard: GA-Z87X-UD4H

RAM: Corsair Vengence 16 Gigabytes of RAM

Case: NZXT 410 Mid Tower comes in multiple colors

SSD: Samsung 840 250Gb SSD

HDD: WD Blue 1TB @7200

PSU: Corsair 750w Bronze PSU

GPU: 780Ti (It's Gorgeous) And remember you don't have to get this one.

OS: Windows 7 64bit Professional as you requested :)

Optical Drive: LG DVD Burner(The cheapest thing on every build :))

Extras!: You can add additional fans for better cooling and maybe throw in one or two LED(S) too.

Additional Case Fans: Corsair AF LED fan just cause they're sexy

Why have you gone and found the parts on Amazon.com when he specified that he is in Ireland? Amazon.co.uk would have been a better option and they deliver to Ireland: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=200395880

The other thing you must remember is that parts in the US are cheaper than parts in the UK and Europe. We have to pay 20% in the UK at least (not sure what it is in Ireland and other parts of Europe) and this means everything is much more expensive. So you can't simply convert the Euros to US Dollars and expect everything to cost the same.

The build itself looks good. See if you can find them on Amazon.co.uk or Novatech. You'll probably find it's over-budget but you could replace the 780 Ti with a 780 and the 250GB SSD with a 120GB SSD to save some money. Also wouldn't bother with the additional fans and a good 600 or 650W power supply is going to be enough.
