Gareth Active Member Mar 8, 2009 #3 If the video card does not automatically get detected by the motherboard, and the onboard graphics do not work, then there must be something other than your video messing up there mate. Not too sure what, would need more info.

Bacon Member Mar 8, 2009 #4 Some motherboards have a switch between onboard and dedicated video. Check your motherboard's manual and see if it has one.
