Need help with Dell Laptop

I have a Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop that I recently just got back from Dell Service Repair because my idiot friend spilled a drink on my keypad and the motherboard had to be replaced.

I have three issues with my laptop when I received it.

-The fan doesn't shut off, can someone tell me how I can manually turn it off and have it turn on when necessary?

-The brightness adjuster doesn't work.

-Whenever I type on my keypad or touch any button, it makes this annoying chirping noise.

Call again, you talked to a dipshit. The earlier you call, better chance you have of getting someone in Canada.

I dont know much about laptop. But I think the reason for less brightness is because the laptop may not have full charge. Or you need to plugg the adapter all the time.

The noise when u type is because some keys are on(I think). Try this one. If it didndt work, I am sorry.

Go to Start>Control Panel>Accessibility Option>Adjust the contrast for text and colours on your screen>Keyboard - Then make sure that every single box is unticked.
