Need help with dual monitors setup

I have problem with my dual monitor set up, hope you guy can help.
My computer has Gigabyte MA78GPM-DS2H mb with
ATI Radeon HD 3200 onboad video.
I connected 1 projector Mit HC 3000 (16:9) via HDMI
and 1 LCD 17’ monitor (4:3) via SVGA using clone mode.
At anytime I can use boths or either one monitor for normal work,
but when play movie (winDVD) the LCD only show movie full screen,
no taskbar, no cursor, no multi screens. I have to turn on projector
during movie to use all other functions.
Is it normal or my setup incorrect ?

Try playing the movie in windowed mode instead of fullscreen. Dual monitor setups, or multimonitor setups in general do not always perform well with fullscreen applications.
 
The LCD monitor is always at full screen when I play movie no matter what. I even tried ctrl-alt-del, the windows task manager pop up on projector screen but not on LCD screen.
