Need help with DVD files.

Hello all,

I'm trying to get an .avi file from my computer, onto a DVD, and have my TV with built-in DVD player recognize it. It says incorrect disk when I put it in.

You must convert the .avi file to an ISO/dvd format. You CANNOT just burn the .avi and expect your dvd player to play it. Their are plenty of programs out there that will do the job. A great one is called ConvertXtoDVD or Nero will work too.
