Need help with gaming build

G'day all

I'm building a pc for a mate and wouldn't made guidance on weather this is any good. Can parts be swapped for higher end with little change? Are some over kill for his gaming standards?
It's been a bit since I put one together.

He is after one for Aud$1,300 but can go a couple hundred over if needed.

For gaming primary - League of Legends is the main game but might try some other MMOs down the track.

A couple things here to think about.

1. With the R7 370 you only need about a 500 watt psu. So get the cx500m.
2. Get a 250gb SSD drive as you'll run out of room on the 120 pretty quick.
3. Can you push for the Z170x gaming 3 motherboard?

This parts list is probably over kill to the max for League of Legends, but should destroy about everything thrown at it for the next few years.
