yeah, ram runs at about 50-55% and cpu runs at about 40% full load

What does this mean?

Have you installed the FX6100 patch? I am running Windows 8 now, those patches are for 7

What games do you play? Defiance, Dayz, League of Legends

What resolution do you play at? 1080p

Do you have the latest Direct X? yes

Is windows updated? yes

Have you defraged your HDD lately? the other day

Do you have the latest game patches? All games are up to date

Do you have the latest motherboard BIOS? Not sure how to check

If not update all those.

Do you have a multimeter? If so test the 12V rail under gaming load. You do this by connecting the positive probe to the yellow wire and the negative probe to a black wire on a spare molex connector.
