need help with installation

If any of you remember my last post where I was looking for a open souce 2d vecotor animation progam well I found one but after I installed it I just get a windows pop-up saying "This appliction has failed to start because lilsigc-20.00.dll was not found"

-I'm running win XP

-I'm trying to run synfig studio

can't run cause "This appliction has failed to start because lilsigc-20.00.dll was not found"

I don't know anything about what you're doing there really, but my next step in what you descibe would be to do a search for that .dll on a search engine, and then put it in my (probably) system folder
