    Hi, i currently own this computer : Mobo- foxconn g31mx series, RAM- 3gb DDR2 @ 400mhz, CPU- Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, GPU- GTS 8800 320 Vram.

Im thinking about buying a better GPU i dont know which of these 3 to buy gtx 570, gtx750, gtx480 also i dont know if ill experience bottlenecking with these.

The 480 is slightly better then the 570. What games do you play? To be honest, your system is at the point where it needs to be replaced.

at the moment i play simcity, fm17, league of legends and thats pretty much it but i'd like to be able to play games a like pubg but to do that i have to buy a whole new pc and i cant do that at all due do tight finances :') i was thinking of maybe buying a new mobo, ram and a gpu but it has to be cheap stuff like max 50€ a piece or around that

Well according to system requirements of those games, you already meet or exceed them for the games you want to play. If you buy a new motherboard, you'll need a new processor as well. As I said, you'll need a new system. Start saving instead of putting any more into this build.

simcity and fm17 says i can play it at high settings but i can only play it on low idk why thats why i wanted a new gpu at least to play something like the forest or stranded deep or even frostpunk even if fps drop a little im totally fine with that i just need something different to play, and i checked my PSU and it only has a 6+2 pin connector to the gpu so no 480 for me :/ my life sucks lmao

I would get the Asus over the MSI board. Swing for at least 8gb of memory though. That cpu you linked is only a dual core.

Yea ill eventually buy more ram but for now ill have to go with 4gb. The cpu is only a dual core but it performs well kinda, it can handle some recent games from what i've seen, if you know any cpu around the 50€ mark better pls let me know
