I am in a building where my router is on the complete oppsite side of the building. I need a way to set up another router in a way that it will pick up the signal then reproject it so i have good coverage in my office. Any ideas i am a beginner at networking and an andanced computer user. Any advice please?

Newegg has a couple poor reviews on them, but I've done a lot of research on this model and a lot of people in the industry rave about it. It has a repeater mode that is stupid easy to setup, and has great range for the price.

The above link is a router. It also can easily be converted into a repeater or access point.
Most routers supporting DD-WRT can be turned into a repeater, however sometimes there are considerably complications if you're using more than one different model of router. This setup is considerably more advanced, and requires changing the firmware on the router. I would search for a step by step guide on the DD-WRT site for your particular model.
