Need help with OC and Volts!

Alrighty, so I am a little confused on how I am doing in regards to my processor overclocking. I think I have it quite stable at 3.0ghz (E2180) as I ran it on Orthos blend test priority level 1 for around 23 hours without it crashing. First, here are some screenshots of CPU-z and PCWizard just for some reference.

Alright, so the temperatures on PCWizard are my idle temperatures, and when I was running Orthos the temps never hit above 60 degrees, usually hovered around 55. What I am a little concerned about are my idle temperatures as they hover around 37-40 degrees and seems a little high considering the Zalman 9700 in use. My question is, as far as I know, voltages can increase temperatures, and are any of my voltages too high that may be making these temperatures any hotter than they should be?

I think my Vcore is pretty low as it is, should I attempt to lower it any further? As far as my ram voltages go, I added .4 volts to the default 1.8 on the mobo as my ram requires 2.2v, but I don't think it's getting the necessary volts? Little different here, but is PCI-E volting the same as volt modding on the GPU (because on my GPU there is a little volt mod thingy, Galaxy 8800GT)

All in all, how is everything looking? Anything I should change or be aware of?

Thanks a lot guys!

The voltages and temps look great. Nice overclock. ;)

I'm not too familar with your PCI-E questions.

whats the fan speed, are you sure its seated correctly, is the fan blowing out of the back of the case?

Fan is usually at 1200 RPM at idle. As far as I'm concerned, it is seated correctly, as the actual fan itself is facing towards the front part of the case.
