Need Help with PCAnywhere 11

I would like to ask if anyone know how to use PCAnywhere 11 really good or would know where they would have a short simple tutorial that would teach you how to use it. I just want to use it to transfer files via another computer at my friend's home. If anyone would give me any tips/info that would be great. I appreciated. Thank you in advance for all your help and time reading my post.

AccessRemotePC and LogMeIn.com are much better i think, not to mention you get a free trial.

I tried logmein already and it's nice but trial ends fast. I wanted to learn pcanywhere because I won't have to worry about the trial ending and won't be able to transfer.
