I agree, ditch that 1550 and get at least a 3850.

And just a question, why are you limiting yourself to tigerdirect? Do you like spending more?

ok found better one (hopefully)

Visiontek Radeon X1300 Video Card - 256MB DDR2, PCI, DMS-59, HDTV, Low Profile, Video Card - $139.99

ok i found the ultimate card

NVIDIA Quadro FX 4500 X2 Video Card - 2 x 512MB GDDR3, PCI Expresss, SLI Ready, (Dual Link) Quad DVI, Stereo, Workstation, OEM, Video Card - $2,799.99

The board and processor? Ditch them and get a real board and processor. Get something from the Intel line because they'll smoke any of the stuff AMD is pumping out now.

There is absolutely no way that VGA will run Crysis at any even remotely decent settings.

You need to change some parts

Motherboard

CPU

This Intel CPU will give you a better performance specially if you are doing video recording/ editing

Video card

This video card will play Crysis and COD4 with no problems

Medium gaming, Crysis cod4? That the Highest gaming you can get man. You need a top of the line machine for that.

I'm going with AMD because they are cheap right now and work decent

EDIT: Er... Might as well go with intel not THAT much more
P.S: nice card that will probably be my pick but it has GDDR3 will that affect what RAM I can put in my computer cause i'm only using dual channel ddr2

GDDR3 do nothing with your RAM!!
8800GT 512MB is a good card. But if you don't want to spend that much, just get HD3850.

I don't know why you need 2 PSU...
Case: I prefer Cooler Master CM690

Or if you really want that ultra case, you can get one without PSU.

Also, I don't think you need a 750W PSU
A 500 - 600W Should be enough
