Need Help with this prob :(

ok i opened my pc today and i just noticed this prob

u see i have choosed the recycle bin icon and then i right click on any other icon or on the desktop but the recycle bin menu appears what to do ??
it may be a setting that i've set... or an error.. i dont know HELP
plus: i cant choose any icons by clicking with the mouse on them only by arrow keys
help plz

plz note that u were checking the recycle bin icon,
try to select another icon, and then right click
or try this: hold on shift or ctrl and then click on the recycle bin
