need help with winRAR

i need help im not so good on how to use winRAR or winZIP but i tried to download an audio for my laptop but it went to winRAR i extracted to a folder on my desktop now i dont understand what to do after that can anyone help on what to do after that ?

You extract the files out of the zipped up folder, you can chose where the files go, and then you can play the music.....

k i still dont get it i extracted the files and i made a new folder called audio do i click it and take the files out of that or.... what? i dont understand. because when i click the folder twice like a whole lot of stuff popped up and i dont know what to choose


for example i click...

audio(the folder i made to extract the files)
v530f(thats the second folder that pops up)
then after that theres like a whole lot of files that pop up which one i choose
