Hey, I custom built this pc, And don't know where to get software for my temps on my cpu ect

My motherboard is a intel (I'll check what model name tomorrow When i install new graphics card).


But can some one give me a URL to the site where there are a list of intel motherboards and i need the right download to get it...

Or if i was wrong about download, Is there another way i can find out the temperature
