Could you be a bit more specific? Like give us a model number. There are boards out there that support both celerons and Quads, but then there are boards that dont.
Sorry. VERY unlikely that your celeron supports quads. How old is it? Quads have only been out for what- 2 years? To be safe, if your mobo is over 2 and a half years old, no it will not.
