need help!

everytime when i log in avg says that needs to restart for update but everytime i restart it wont be updated!
also i have malewarebytes that is all fine but avgs resident shield isnt active anti virus and spyware is out of date!
whats wrong??? o.0

There are a few glitches with AVG 8 free edition, that is one of them. The only way to fix is to uninstall and then reinstall the program.
 
AVG has update problems which has been discussed in many forums, so if you can afford other anti-virus program then buy it.
 
I like AVG except for the update issues. I use it and won't use anything else at the moment so I live with the issues. As long as you uninstall and then reinstall the program you will be fine.
