looks good the only thing i might question is the mobo, only because i havent heard any good or bad about it but it all looks okay.

looks good, but i would try to find a motherboard with 2x PCI-Express x16 slots, so in the future you can buy another card and sli then or use crossfire.

I don't think that you really want to to get the SLi board unless you really plan to buy like 2 $400 + video cards off the bat. other wise i would say wait and see what happens.

Well I wanted to put in 2 graphic cards but I wanted to start out small then maybe upgrade to maybe a pair of 850 or 6800GT

The DDR2 memory wont work for an AMD machine which only support DDR.
