Need help

Hello dear forum users, I have a question for you.
My monitor turns black after a while, and if I turn it off and agian on (restart it) it shows everything for about 15-20 seconds, and then as you could guess, it turns black again... So I was wondering if this is my monitor's or video card's fault? I have tried updating my graphic drivers, and it did not help. I am totally out of options, so I beg your help. :)

should check the settings on screen saver and power mangement settings.
 
it did not help.... it still keeps doing the same thing, but now I noticed, that if I look at my monitor very carefully while it is black, I can see my desktop, and crusor moving. So it just gets very dark but not completely black. But I still do not know what to do...:mad:
 
Ok, so I tried another monitor and it works perfectly, must buy new one then...
