Ciao hardware fellas,

I have interest in making PC able to process some programs (precisely ArcGIS) and also to run moderately new games, like playing Fortnite on high-resolution :)

I have some weird installation of PC. It is assembled by free parts donated by friends and gathered into a box that works fine, although has very low performance. Can I save some parts, like "Motherboard Gigabyte tech". and buy a new processor and graphic card.

It has following properties, presented in CPUID CPU-Z analysis (pictures).

Any suggestions, comments, critics...

The budget of investing can reach 500-600$ :)

NO, you need a totally new pc. That is over 10 years old and you can't upgrade it.

The only thing you probably could keep is the HDD, but I would just get a new one anyways because it's at the point where it can die any moment. Since you can't use any parts from your old build what budget do you have in mind for a new one?
