Honeslty, terrible suggestion.
More like absolutely disgustingly horrible. :D OK, everybody bash Dell!

For the $300 budget they might be OK, but not for $1000.

I would suggest(as I always do) that you build it yourself. You will save a bucketload, and it will look way cooler. Newegg does offer payment plans, at least last time I checked.

I beleive they do, but you could aways take another popular route.

Buy different pieces when you have the money available, starting with the most important components.

Yeah, but I wasn't sure if cybpowerpc or ibuypower had the plan payments so he could pay monthly, and I just thought that this guy didn't seem to know much about computers, so that building by himself and getting the parts was going to be harder for him. Last, he would be buying from a well known brand, so that he could trust them instead of buying from another store where he would have his doubts if it was his first time ordering online, I know I remember having my doubts the first time...

It is not hard at all. And no, newegg won't put the parts together for you.

It's not that hard. My first one when I was 10 years old. Plus, we'll be here to help you if you need.
Also, the 30 day warranty from newegg will cover it even if you screw up i think.
