Need help,

Right well, to me this is a very serious problem and i am not sure of the cause.

The problem- Occasionally, the computer spazzes out. Mouse flickers out, mostly to corners. Programmes open and close. Programmes minimize and maximize. It is chaos , sometimes it lasts for up to a minute.

A mate recommended that i upgrade the hardware, so i tried. I tried to upgrade my Intel(R) 82801EB Ultra ATA Controller. I download correct programme but says that i cannot install because i need a 820 series, which i think i have. Well ive tried alot of different drivers to no prevail.

So my questions are, what is the cause of the constant spazzing out of the PC

and why arent the driver updates recognising my drivers?

Any help ASAP would be much appreciated.

P.S i am currently new to the Forum so if i posted this topic in the wrong part i am sorry.

LOL! that is the exact same problem i had! you know what i did to fix it? I changed the mouse.. from a ps/2 port to usb. i know it sound simple but maybe you should just try a different mouse. :D

i had a USB but then it died, so i use a ball one. Old
