Need Help.

Hey guys Im new here, and I really need your help.


My problem is, when I try to open any program on my computer that is .exe my computer does one of three things.

1. I get a little black box come up for a second, looks like command prompt box, then it just disappears
2. Computer restarts
3. get a rundll.dll error, modname is kernel32.dll I think if I can remember.

Most of the time, its a little black box that comes up.
Ive already went into the registry, in hkey classes root>exefile, changed the value data to what its suppost to be, did the other things you had to do in the .exe file there too and everything looks like what it is supposed to be, same problem.

Makes me so mad cause I cant really do anything at all on my computer, I dont have my windows cd, so pretty much I have to buy a new windows and reformat my computer myself which I dont want to do. I k now this probably happened cause of viruses is my guess, just got the new mcafee, got rid of all viruses, got webroot spysweeper got rid if all adware/spyware, same problems.

If any of you can please help me out on this, it would be much appreciated.

If someone gives me direct advice on how to fix this and I successfully fixed it, if you give me your paypal details I can even send you money for your time.

Ill give that a try, when I download a lot of things though usually I have to open the progam that is an .exe file. Ill try it, thanks for posting
 
lol Yeah I just tried it, the ccleaner was an .exe file so I couldnt open it, my computer restarted when I double clicked it

Oh yeah, so I guess when I click on .exe files that havent been installed on my computer yet (ie downloaded an .exe file) like what I just did, itll restart my computer. So only when I open .exe files that are already on my computer (ie msn messenger), the black box would just pop up for a second. Hope that helps too
