Can anyone please recommend me on a good hosting company for about $5 dollars a month?

It needs to support PHP and to be up 99% of the time

I have Hostingplex.com.

They have a new 7.95$ package if youre interested or you can stick with the 4.95$ package that I use.

Although bad things have been said about their uptime, other than 1 recent incedent it has been totally fine for me, for $5 a month you aren't going to get super-reliability

Well, i want to build a simple homepage and also to install a torrent script for myself (not something public). basically, i realy dont need more than the minimum for that. But it has to support PHP and ofcourse to be strong server.
