i wouldnt mind building it myself i know i would have great support from u guys and help if i did and i can get great detailed descriptions as well and i could look at computer building 101

So since you make $350 every 2 weeks, save it all up. How many weeks are you planning on working, that will help us determine what to configure.

I find getting parts from Newegg is the best. I would wait and get everything at once, instead of buying parts here and there.

i dont have a credit card neither does my dadand setup wise what do u recomend fro a budget computer il probably have about 1800 canadian by the end of the summer if my dad helps out

No need to spend $1800 for a computer, you can get an excellent gaming desktop for around $1000 CAD.

Bumping after 14 minutes makes people not want to reply to your questions at all, dont do that again.

Anyway, wait until you have the money then ask, otherwise its useless.

well i desided to buy thing and use them in my old one then when i get it all il put it together what u think so far i got my dvd drive and a 450wat psu i needed it for this comp to use the dvd drive anyway it cost me 100 for that next il buy a case then il get mobo and cpu then some ram then il get a caviar 250 gb hard drive and after wards il get a gpu and my dad will buy me monitor

where in Canada? i'll sell you my old 7800gt :D
im about 20 mins from the border lol
i duno how it works out in canadian dollars but i'd like $175 USD if you can spare that much for a video card. it plays pretty much any game at high quality as long as the rest of the system is decent. its not great with AA but i know it hits 1280x1024 in quake 4 with ease :D it even does AA at 4x after everything else is maxed, and its still very play-able (quake 4.)
its score in 3dmark06 was like 4500 or near there, and 8005 in 3dmark05... all default settings. of course, with my current system specs minus the video card.
