Need ideas/info/advice on a Fast Build

Hey everyone! Firstly thanks for taking the time to read my post!

I am looking to build one or more PCs for the sole purpose of running an automated bot that enters info into websites for me. The programmer has stated that it is a processor hog.

I am looking for ideas on a very fast or the fastest build to run the program. The desktop will not be doing anything else and will not have any other programs installed on it. I don't care about graphics as I am not watching videos or gaming.

I just need fast processor speed that is consistently quick.

Another user has told me that XP Pro 64 is much faster than Vista or 7. Just looking for the fastest PC setup and configuration.

C'mon fellas! Someone here has to be an expert in quick processing PCs.

Just looking to run a script that posts Craigs ads, eBays, and such.

Anyone here build PCs for a fee? Point me in the right direction for a finders fee? Help a brother out.

So you want to make a better faster computer just to run spam? I would think your top concerns would be cpu, cooling, and hard drive.
