This is a huge post and i need a lot of help so thank you to anyone and everyone who helps ^-^ 
Ok so here is the thing I'm going to build a new computer using parts from my current computer including the Hard Drive (possibly), DVD Burner, Graphics Card, and Power Supply plus the Monitor, All in 1 Printer, Keyboard, and Mouse. I'm wondering if thats possible since I dont want to spend a lot of money right now but need to get a new computer soon. My current one is a 5 year old Emachine and it is getting slow and the motherboard is starting to go. So building a new computer and saving money at the same time by reusing parts seems like the best option for me.
The NEW:
These are what I've decided upon for multiple reasons including performance and price. So i dont really need recommendations unless there is something better for about the same price. The CPU seems like it will be great along with the case and i choose that motherboard because of its amount of possible options and the fact i dont see myself getting two graphic cards, but it is out of stock right this minute at newegg.

Ok well one thing im wondering about is memory, Since im getting a Quad Core cpu do i need 4 sticks of ram or is 2 just fine? If two is fine here is what i plan to get for RAM. I also see there are multiple PC codes for the 1333 speed of Ram that i need so i dont know if what i chose is right.

So here are my Current Parts that i want to put in a new computer. They arnt flashy and i will most likely replace them as time goes on. Mainly The Graphics card and Power supply will be upgraded.

Now the DVD burner (Lite-On DVDRW SOHW-1633S) i assume will work but the one thing im concerned about is the hard drive its only 180 gig and i assume when i get a new motherboard that means writing over the drive with a new operating system probably Windows 7 since i dont have my current OS on cd or dvd (xp media center). since my new hardware will be able to handle it i wouldn't mind Windows 7.
So if i have to get a new hard drive how do i go about transferring the data on there to a new hard drive? Can i simply put it in the case after the new OS is installed on a new hard drive and then use it or transfer the data i want to keep? Or should i get an external hard drive and use that to back up everything?
So i need a lot of help with all of this and thank you again to anyone who takes the time to read it and to reply to it.
