Need mobo for this new desktop build

Need mobo for this new desktop build - please help!

Need a new motherboard for a desktop with Q6700, 4GB RAM, 2 x 500GB HDD, Hiper 850W PSU, and XFX 9800GT XXX SLi.

So obviously needs to support quad core, sli 650i or more (planning to upgrade to 9800GX2 Quad SLi, so needs compatibility).

Need 8+ USB's, 6 x SATA, and obviously 2 x PCI-E x16 for SLi.

Thanks for any help that anyone can offer.

Edit: I should probably add that this is a budget build for a friend of mine. The motherboard needs to be fairly low cost, seeing as he is gonna get a 9800gt till xmas (then give it to his brother, and get 9800GX2 SLi). Thanks.

Sorry for the double post, but didn't want to edit again.

I plan to put an Arctic Freezer 7 Pro on the processor.

I was going to go for the P5N-E SLi 650i (Asus), but apparently the Northbridge cooler obstructs the Freezer 7 Pro. Do you know if the P5N-D has the same problem?
 
Unfortunately, cannot use Newegg as I'm living in the UK (as is the friend). Neither of us knows anyone in the US or Canada (Newegg.ca now. . .)

The P5N-E was retailing at £55~. That's a good price range for him, but I think it will probably be more due to him wanting quad-sli in future.

I'll put a £100~ price tag on it, but it must be for sale in the UK (eBuyer.com, PC World online (shit service, but sometimes have good stock). I would really prefer one from eBuyer as the rest of the parts came from here.

Thanks for the info people. We just spoke, and he's gonna go for that motherboard, and an XFX 8600GT 512Mb until xmas, then upgrade to an EVGA 9800GX2 KO 1GB Edition.

He was gonna get an EVGA 8600GT so he could use the step up program, but he wanted an XFX because you get an awesome door sign saying DO NOT DISTURB. :D

Thanks for the help anyway. Still need someone to recommend a PSU, so I'll start a new thread tomorrow (and post a list of all components, and to be installed components).
