Need motherboard suggestion

I have an older Intel DP35DP motherboard that is on its way out. I am on a serious budget so I hope you guys can help. Is there a 775 socket motherboard I could replace my intel board that has 6 SATA ports and USB 3?

If not what is an inexpensive 1155 socket MB

I use it basically as a home theater PC and web browsing/video editing.

Thanks but that wont accept my quad core processor.

Only 2 SATA and I need 6

No USB 3.0

I do believe these will work if you can find any as they are discontinued. Look for the P43 and P45 series.

That is exactly what I am looking for but after looking for hours I am unable to locate any? Anyone have a good source for discontinued motherboards?
