need new agp card

hello i have a msi 661fm3 v based on the sis 661 fx chipset...i am wondering what is the best card to get for the buck under $100...i dont really play any games just doing a lot of recoding and transcoding, and in the future possibly some video editing trough adobe premeir or roxio easy media creator 9, ...my cpu is a pentium 4 541, asus 550w psu and i have 2 gigs of ram...thank you
 
anyone have any ideas...i know there are some out there that know what i am talking about....maybe not...shouldnt be that hard of a question please let me know some opinions...thanks
 
ati radeon x800GTO hmm i cant find it on newegg, and i gtg, so i cant get a link, but yea the x800GTO is the best

any other suggestions on a good agp card that suits my needs...remember im not playing games with his card just wanting to do a lot of recoding and some video editing, and keep it under $100 thanks agian
 
on the second link i read the comments and the guy says he gets 120 + fps on source, with all max... i dont think he telling the truth, thecard has 4 pixel pipelines for god sakes...

id go with 6800 xt.
