Those are DDR2. While they're actually better, they won't fit in your system, which uses DDR.
edit: I finally found your chipset...Intel 915P. If you decide to upgrade, these are the best processors that will work with it. The ones in the red boxes are the ones that will give the biggest performance boost over the one you have. (they're all better though...they have twice the L2 cache compared to your current one), The blue boxes indicate the 65W models, which are best ones to look for. They'll run the coolest. I would avoid the 115W ones unless you want to buy a better heat sink.
These aren't really available in retail stores anymore, so eBay and Google Shopping will be your best bets. Used should be fine...they're pretty cheap. You can search for the model number or the sSpec Number.
