Need new/different motherboard

Hey Guys,

I've been having trouble with my new motherboard. It's a Asus P6TD Deluxe, I tried everything, had it replaced, anyway, it's a long story. I'm giving up on this particular model.

Budget $300-400. This PC if for gamming. I got an 930 i7, 12gig of DDR3 Corsair ram to go in it.

I'm thinking one of these

What do you think?
 
I've must of been just having rotten luck. I know Asus are usually very good motherboards. I'm taking my system to the local computer shop today, see if they can diagnose the hardware. But if I need to replace the motherbaord like I think, I would like to try a different model. I'm leaning towards the ASUS P6X58D. But it doesn't have alot of USB ports.

Maybe the ASUS P6T6 WS Revolution, but I'm just a little confused how things work with all those PCIex16 slots, resource wise (different speed for different slots? hmmm).
