Need new heatsink/fan

Well I wanna lower my cpu temps bc I game alot and do lots of multitasking and I always catch my cpu fan revving like mad and the cpu is usually at 48-53c and I wanna get it down.

So what would be a good cpu+heatisnk to get for my system? The price isn't a really big issue. Just show some good ones from every price range.

Go there and see what you think. I would recommend a Zalman one as they are very effective and reliable.

Ya I checked there, why I asked here is because im not sure which one would fit.

I was looking at zalman though because from what I hear there good.
