need new motherboard for this build

ok i think my motherboard could be defective so what i need is a motherboard thats cheap but not crappy i want something that allows dual channel ddr2 ram 1066 mhz ram would be good cuz that the ram i currently have also cpu overclockability i would like to get 3ghz on this quad someday and would like pci e 16x 2.0 motherboard sli is good to
 
i see i would be happy with ability to get 3gh on quad but i need something with pci e 2.0 sli 2 cards is fine 780i has three i think but i dont have 3 money lol

i was on tiger direct found 2 mothboard by asus i think i want 750i so i dont have to spend 780i money umm do you think i'll be fine with this decision cuz my evga board gives ff post code on boot everything i tried isnt working so thats why i need new board
 
yeah

i had 750i ftw but its got the evga error so i was thinking different 750i would be ok or 780i $130 is good but not sure if i can get it cuz im using psp to post here and not sure if when i check cart it will let me change stuff since its been awhile shopping from tigerdirect i might need to edit info they ask for oh by the way i got somekind of pegs with my new heatsink just lost a black peg and two beige ones is there a way i can buy some without replacing heatsink the heatsink is
