If you're right-handed I would check out the Logitech VX Revolution or MX Revolution. They're a bit high in price but they are extremely ergonomic. Might take a day to get used to though. It does have side buttons, but they don't get in the way. Also has a fast scroll wheel. If you set it, it saves time going through huge lists. I went through my 1500 song iTunes library in one flick
