Need New PSU, Recomendations Please!

My B-day is on the 3rd, so I'm trying to find a psu to get/ask someone to get. My old PSU was a 300watt, 18a on the 12v, and I beilieve it just died of age, or maybe not, but who cares, it's gone now.

So, I would like at least 350 watts, at least 1 sata, 1 floppy, and 4 molex(basics) and a 4pin p4, and has to fit a 20pin board, but still want the extra 4(still basics), don't care about pci-e, wouldn't be using for a long time anyway.

MUST BE PRICE+SHIPPING IS LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO $75, preferably less.

the 5 series arent all that bad actually. Used to have a 5400 i think? and it played guild wars on medium/high, which is better than my more modern intel integrated chip in my laptop can (medium/low)

You can pick up some decent AGP cards still, but i dont think the most recent cards can.
