Need new ram for Comp Persario, HELP!

Yes, no need to buy faster RAM than the motherboard can support...

EDIT: This RAM is fine if you're ok with buying on E-Bay. Most RAM comes with lifetime warranties on defects etc. now-a-days...

It's near the bottom of the auction, what does this mean? anyone know if it'll work with my mother board, or if my computer will read it a 512 or something?

And if I get this, should I still put the 256 in slot 2 or would that just slow this down or something?

Theres a stupidly-small chance that it will misread ... but i really doubt that. You should be able to confidently buy it and have it work (provided the module is actually functional of course)
