Need ONE rdram dimm

I have a dell dimension 8100. It came with 256 mb of rdram. I then installed another 2 dimms of 256mb (768mb) total. I now only have 1 memory spot open. I cannot find any store or website (not even ebay!!! :eek: ) that I can sells single rdram dimms. Where can I get one dimm of 256mb (or 512mb) or rdram? :confused:
 
I only need 1 dimm of 256mb. Most come in sets of 2 dimms. Any place else thats a "for sure", e.x. a webstore? Also, if I chose to get 1 512mb dimm, will it work or do I need a pair?
