Need programs for heavy load

time for test a new computer, anyone know a good benchmark for video card.... I know 3dmarks but I'm looking something which can test video card for longer time.
I already tested memory, I was running GOLDMEMORY for about 7 hours - no errores. Also I'm looking some good program to stress my CPU...
 
Burn some dvds. That will load the cpu good if that's a single core cpu in use. The dual core and quad very much lighten the load for that however. Many will oc their video cards for gaming. Utilities like the ATI tool are often used for that. But reviewing the advices seen in the section on tweaking and stressing cards with ocing is one thing to look over for NVidia models at http://www.tweakguides.com/NVFORCE_11.html
