Need RAM advice for HP computer

I have a question about upgrading my RAM, to begin here is the link to computer in question.

In order to play medium intensity video games I would like to upgrade the ram an extra full gig. Bringing the total to two chips,

slot#1: 1gig chip
slot#2: stock 512mb chip.

The site I have been suggested to from friends to purchase from is www.memory4all.com.

So the question is…do I have it all figured out?…can I purchase and expect everything to go smoothly?
I’ve heard horror stories about RAM so I would like to get it right.
 
i would not say i'm clueless but i have limited knowledge...so the link you presented (nffc) is that what i should purchase?

i've read it is sometimes better to go up a speed (example i have pc2700) so get a chip 1 stage faster such as pc3200?

I think the one i posted may be a little pricey (Not sure though, i'm from UK). I'll find one cheaper and post ok.:)
 
That is better quality than the one's i posted, i just thought you were working to more of a budget sorry.
