Need recs for a webcam...

Hi i'm new here and was wondering if you lovely people could recommend a web cam to me. I'm looking for one the can specifically record video that i can then email to someone as an attachment with a quite good resolution. Also movement detection would be good as well. Anyway any help would be greatly appreciated.

How much are you willing to spend?

On another note, if you are planning on recording and sending it through emails or file sharing, it's probably best to just get a dedicated video camera rather than a webcam.
