I took ATI Radeon HD 4870 apart because the memory chips temperature keep climbing up, and I can see the is so much dust inside where the blow gun can't blow them off, but there is looks like the things that goes between the video card memory chips to the copper plate of heat stink, I could not find thing to replace the thing, I dont know what the name of the thing. The memory chip is at 61C as GPU video card at 42C in gaming. Thanks.
