need search engine!!!!!!!

I can't search on Google, when searching the loading bar is not moving. And I can't connect to yahoo it's just like when I press the google search button not loading, but I can get to another sites.

I don't know if I had virus in my computer but maybe I have because sometimes there's a pop-up like going to an IP address. I think it's a virus. I can't scan my laptop it doesn't have antivirus except the norton, norton can't scan some virus if it's not updated so I can't do anything please!!!! help!!!!

Maybe I got a virus when I download the trainer of Hegemonia(it is a game) and I press the application then a config like a black screen then there's words inside. and unfortunately there is no restore point before I downloaded that

Help!!!
 
Sounds like an extreme case of a virus.

If there is no restore point, then i would recommend trashing the operating system and starting from scratch.

download Hijackthis here

Install and click "do system scan and save log"

When it's done scanning your system post the log here and we will help you from there.

I had the same problem couple of times
I tried several search engines i knew, but none worked
It was from a virus that settled in the neighbors from hell 1 and 2 game executables
Fortunately, kasperky solved it for me :)
