Need Serious Help With My Computer Please Help!!!!!

Hi everyone,

I really need help from all of yous to solve all the problems of my pc.

System:

Microsoft XP Professional Service Pack 2

Version 2002

Computer:

AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 3000+

1.81GHz, 1.87 GB of RAM

Physical Address Extension

That's My Pc. The problem is since i rebooted my computer because it was freezing every 5 minutes. I installed a fresh copy of Windows Xp Professional SP2 on my computer and reformatted all the hard drives. Then after the Windows XP installation i installed my drivers CD and itunes and Bit Defender and i still have about 97% left of free space on my computer but it is running slow and the internet is exstremely slow. I mean slow as in the performance of the computer. Can Anyone Please Help Me Please!!!! My Computer Seriously Needs Help!!! Please!

how can i do that please? i dont think its my internet that is making it slow because when i go on website pages through " Web" on Bitlord it runs very fast. But can you please tell me how to updates everything? Thank You
 
so all of your drivers are installed right? if so right click on my computer choose properties then go to the hardware tab and click on devise manager look at everything if something has a yellow question mark you need to install drivers for that thing then just rightclick on stuff like your sound card and video card and other stuff like that and click update driver
 
i went on nvidiva website to update my drivers and it automaticly found the right update for my drivers so i download and installed i t but suddently i have no more internet on computer i checked everything but its still no internet its not the service because my ps3 still has internet
