Need some advice about a power supply.

What are the other specs of your system? The 8600GTS hardly draws any power, depending on the other components in your PC, you would most likely be able to run fine on a quality 400W PSU.

judging by the graphics card, i will assume you have maybe a dual core proc, if its intel, no more than 2.5 stock, if amd than no more than 3.1 stock, prob around 2 gb ram, mebbe 4, at least 1 dvd burner, around 500GB hdd max, maybe a few fans, and all that will run fine on, as kookoo said, a 400W. BUT, if you want to be future-proof yourself, so that you can upgrade your computer later in the future (like I would), get somthing like that. Once again, im going to tell you to avoid rosewill, i had bad luck with a wireless card (even though it could been just THAT one). In the end, if your fine with getting a not-so-good brand psu, go ahead get that one and you will be good for the future.

My nephew bought a Roswill psu and has never had an issue with it. I've never
had one personally though.

Anyway, I would consider the advice of the others, to up the bar a bit on your
psu. I think I would want at lease 50-60Amps on tap.

Even though the rosewill has 50W and 2A more on the 12V rails, I would still take the BFG cuz its QUALITY.
