yeah basically. you want to buy RAM that is advertised at an 800mhz speed. but when you go into your BIOS to overclock, it will say that it is running at 400 mhz. you want to set your FSB on your CPU to 400mhz. this is what is known as a 1:1 ratio. even tho you set your FSB to 400, it is really operating at 1600 for reasons i personally dont fully understand, but it has something to do with architecture of the CPU
