Need some advice on my first pc build

I like this better. Do you live in Canada or the US? If US Microcenter has lower prices on the i7 by $50.

Also, consider an ASUS or Gigabyte ud4 MOBO. Go with the 5870 over the 5850. Most people go with the P6T, the ST is special eddition = lower grade parts.

I did not like the 2250 tv tuner, returned it today. It is dual chan and the photo shows two cable port but one is for FM. In order to use ATSC and QAM (or wahtever, cable and HDTV) you have to unplug, replug, and retune. There was no benefit over the 1250 that was half the price, just added FM and aux video input.
